initial enquiry
The moment we received your enquiry via phone or email from our website, we will arrange an inception meeting via phone or on site as needed to understand your requirement. We will listen and list what you are trying to achieve. We will then determine and advice you what are needed to get the job done. We will explain how we will do the job so that no surprises during construction execution.

After the initial meeting, we will list all items discussed together with the best price possible that we can offer in our quote for your acceptance. We will provide you a detailed quotation all in black and white for your records and protections.
during construction
We will keep you up to date of the progress (if this new building project) and we will send you photos if requested so that you don’t need to visit on site as we understand that your time is valuable. If we foresee schedule delay due to reasons beyond our control such due to weather, unexpected construction issues, and shortage of construction materials we will keep you up to date well ahead of time.
after completion
